This website is operated by Team Strivo Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms "Strivo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Team Strivo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17336910, whose registered office is at 100 Bollo Lane, London W4 5LX, United Kingdom.

By visiting teamstrivo.com (the "Site"), joining our waitlist or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Using our Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use the Site. Our products are designed for children, but purchases must be made by an adult.

We may update, change or suspend all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free from errors or viruses, although we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

2. Waitlist and launch offers

Joining our waitlist is free and does not commit you to buy anything. We will email you about our launch and related news, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Any launch discount or early access offer will be described in the email that offers it, may be limited in time or quantity, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Our products

Strivo products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

• Always read the label before use and follow the directions. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• If your child has a medical condition or takes any medication, speak to a doctor before use.
• Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.

4. Accuracy of information

We work hard to make sure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, some content is provided for general information only and may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without notice, including after you have placed an order (in which case we will contact you before processing it).

5. Orders and pricing

These terms will apply once our online store opens.

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
• We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.
• Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, we will charge your chosen payment method at the frequency and price shown when you sign up, until you cancel. We will tell you the price and frequency clearly before you subscribe and will give you notice of any price change before it applies. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription through your account or by emailing us before your next billing date.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your dispatch email. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at hello@teamstrivo.com with your order number.

Because our products are food supplements sealed for health and hygiene reasons, this right to cancel does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery. Unopened boxes in their original condition can be returned. You will need to pay the cost of returning them unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

Refunds

We will process refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or of agreeing that you do not need to return it.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Strivo name and logo, product names, packaging designs, icons, patterns, text, images and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Team Strivo Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce, modify or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Site:

• for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• to send spam, false information or harmful content, or to impersonate anyone;
• to upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
• to collect or track other people's personal information;
• to scrape, copy or harvest content from the Site using automated tools;
• to interfere with or try to bypass the security features of the Site.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site if you break any of these rules.

11. Third party links and tools

The Site may contain links to, or use tools provided by, third parties (for example payment, delivery or review services). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third party websites and tools, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Feedback and comments

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other feedback, you agree that we may use, edit, publish and share it in any medium without paying you, while respecting your rights under data protection law. You confirm that anything you send us is your own, is accurate, and does not break anyone else's rights or contain anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove any content we consider inappropriate.

13. Our liability to you

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use only.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your statutory consumer rights.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier or courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes or system outages. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for products you have not received.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

16. General

• Changes to these Terms: we may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
• Transfer: we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens and it will not affect your rights.
• No waiver: if we delay enforcing any of these Terms, we can still enforce them later.
• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, are the whole agreement between you and us.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
